Visual observation and identification by CACFP institutions and facilities and SFSP sponsors is no longer an allowable practice for program operators to use during the collection of race or ethnicity data.

This waiver suspends the CACFP onsite monitoring requirements for all sponsoring organizations.

Family Day Care Homes will receive Tier I reimbursement for all meals and snacks and At-Risk Afterschool sites will all be reimbursed at the free rate.
