Rooms are available through March 20th, 2025, or until sold out. Hotel booking link with the discounted group rate will be shared via email once conference registration is confirmed.
The discounted group rate is $189.00/per night.
The discounted group rate includes Wi-Fi.
1-night deposit is due at time of booking, the deposit is refundable until 3 days prior to check in.
Reservations must be cancelled at least 3 days prior to the day of arrival to avoid a charge of one night's room and tax.
$75 hold will be placed on credit cards at check in to cover hotel incidentals. Upon check out, funds will be released back within 7 to 10 business days for domestic banks/financial institutions.
Check in is 4:00 pm and check out is 11:00 am
Optional Resort Fee of $25.00 per day which includes:
