American Heart Month
American Heart Association
February 3, 2025

February is American Heart Month! Did you know that each year more than 350,000 people, including 23,000 children, in the U.S. experience cardiac arrest outside of a hospital. CPR can double or even triple a person’s change of survival. During American Heart Month, our partners at the American Heart Association are challenging people across the country to learn CPR.Â
Hands-Only CPRÂ
You can save a life with two steps. It only takes about 90 seconds to refresh your CPR skills. Watch and share this video on the two steps to Hands-Only CPR. This video is available in English, Spanish, and Mandarin.Â
