2025 National Child Nutrition Conference Scholarships Available

The National CACFP Association’s (NCA) highly anticipated scholarship program is currently open for the 2025 National Child Nutrition Conference (NCNC), taking place in Dallas, Texas, from April 14-18, 2025. This annual initiative is designed to empower professionals working in the Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP) by providing opportunities for further education and growth. By attending this premier conference, recipients will gain the tools and knowledge to enhance their impact on some of the nation's most vulnerable populations, ensuring they have access to nutritious meals.
What’s Included in the Scholarship?
Each scholarship includes:
- Full conference registration: Access to all in-person workshops and sessions.
- Four nights of lodging at the Hilton Anatole: Enjoy comfortable accommodations during NCNC25 at the art-centric premier hotel of Dallas.
- Up to $450 toward transportation costs: Travel assistance to help alleviate financial burden.
Each scholarship is valued at over $1,900. In addition, eight additional scholarship recipients will be selected to attend the conference’s virtual option for those who may not be able to attend in person.
Who Can Apply?
The scholarship program is open to individuals working in a wide range of settings within the CACFP and SUN Programs, including:
- Sponsoring Organizations
- Family Child Care Providers
- Child Care Centers
- Adult Day Care Centers
- Head Start Programs
- School Districts
- At-Risk Afterschool Sites
- Emergency Shelters
- Summer Food Sites
- Food Banks
- Tribal Nations
The goal is to make it easier for individuals who are dedicated to improving child and adult nutrition programs to access high-quality training—at little or no cost to themselves or their employer.

How to Apply
Applications for the 2025 scholarship program are now open! To apply, simply visit the NCNC conference website. All applications must be submitted by January 10, 2025, at 11:59 pm Eastern. Any chosen scholarship recipients already registered will receive reimbursement at the Advance Registration rate if already registered.
