Ingredients
- 1 cup old fashioned oats
- 2 cup water or milk
- 6 large bananas
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
Directions
- In a medium bowl, mash 3 bananas to yield 1 1/2 cups mashed banana.
- Combine oats, water, mashed bananas and cinnamon in a medium pot.
- Bring to a boil over medium heat. Stir frequently until it reaches preferred thickness.
- Scoop 1/2 cup into each bowl. Serve 1/4 cup of sliced bananas on the side.
