Ingredients
- 1 lb lean ground pork
- 1/2 cup carrots, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 2 stalks green onion, finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 3 tbsp corn starch
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
- 2 tsp low sodium soy sauce
- 1 egg
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350° F.
- In a medium bowl, add all ingredients together and mix together well.
- Scoop 1 tablespoon of mixture and place on non-stick baking sheet. Repeat until you have 28 bola bolas.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until internal temperature is 165° F. Serve 2 warm bola bolas to each participant.
One serving provides 1/2 oz meat.
