Tuna Melt on Rye

Linda Jester from Kansas City, Missouri, served up Tuna Melt sandwiches on some beautiful swirled rye bread for meat/meat alternate and grains components. She finished off the plate with cucumbers for vegetables and orange slices for fruit. Just add milk and you've got a complete #CACFPCreditable lunch or supper! Linda serves lunch and snacks to 70 kids and adults daily at the Hiersteiner Child Development Center at Johnson County Community College.
